Boggy Creek Airboat Rides

Want to do something different in the Orlando? Want a real sense of adventure that doesn’t involve driving on Interstate 4 during rush hour? Both locals and visitors to Orlando have to visit Boggy Creek Airboat Rides. If you’ve never been on an airboat before, it’s completely different than any other type of boat you could travel in. These airboats will zip you through Florida wildlife, the way it used to be in the time before Disney World and complete Orlando colonization. You’ll see all sorts of alligators, birds, animals and fish in their natural habitats up close and personal. It’s completely safe and completely fun. At Boggy Creek, they’ve have been offering tours through the natural waters of Florida for 18 years and all their drivers/ tour guides are trained for over 10,000 hours before taking out passengers.

While not unique to Florida, Airboats have been used for decades to navigate through swamplands, areas where other boats would not be able to venture through. The flat bottom of the airboats design along with the large propeller engine on the back of the boat allow for swift water maneuvers allowing airboats to travel move sideways, over brush, weeds, land, and speed through water less than a foot deep. There’s no replacement for airboats and simply nothing else like them.

To experience Florida in a way where all your friends will be jealous, visit the Boggy Creek Airboat rides. Daily tours are offered 364 days a year and leave every 30 minutes. For those for something even more unique, try the night tours where the weather will be cooler and the night life in the water more lively.
