Terrace 390

Terrace 390 is an American style bistro located on Orange Avenue in the Bank of America building. The restaurant focuses on sandwiches, salads, appetizers, and American-style entrees. You can find it on the first floor of the building and it partially overlooks the Orange County Courthouse building across the street. The restaurant comes in 3 different sections, the main dining area, the more secluded lounge area with the leather booth seats, and the outside courtyard area. The outside courtyard area is huge, it has a ton of seating surrounded by plants, landscapes, a fountain, and an outside bar. There’s also a musician playing in the evenings.

When the weather is not too hot, its a great place to hang out for some food or a few drinks, especially if there’s a nice breeze going through. Overall Terrace 390 is a great place to have in the area, especially for those looking to dining options around the courthouse and Bank of America area without having to get into their cars. Prices are reasonable. If you don’t know what to order, try the specialty macaroni and cheese as that is always a safe bet in the downtown trendy restaurants.

Parking on the street during the is limited and its mostly metered spots. The metered spots are FREE in the evenings, but Terrace 390 customers can park in the building’s Bank of America parking garage for FREE, you just have to make sure you bring your garage ticket with you to the restaurant to get it validated. You’ll find that all of the serving takes food and drink orders using Apple I-Pad machines……………. which is very high tech for the Orlando area. After all, sometimes a pen and paper just does not do the job properly. If you’re on this side of Orange Avenue, you’ll have to check this place out.
