Peabody Hotel Duck March

Okay, so the Peabody Hotel Duck March is a bit touristy, but at the end of the day its for the kids right? So who cares. If you want to show your kids something different for a change and you’re not able to find a lake to see ducks up close, then the Peabody Hotel should be your next stop. Its mostly for the tourists and guests at the hotel, but you can always bring the kids, get something to eat or drink at the restaurant and check out the show. Its nothing huge or fancy, but its definitely something special.

You’ll see the ducks either march into or out of the fountain that they hang out in during the afternoon. The ducks walk on the red carpet while marching music plays in the background. For most people its the closest they’ll ever get to a line of ducks walking directly in front of them. The first march is at 11am and the second one is at 5pm daily. The ducks are escorted to and from their fountain hang out in the Peabody Hotel’s indoor atrium courtyard and the rest of the time stay in their $100,000 penthouse hotel suite known as the Royal Duck Palace. That part is ironic because the Unlock Orlando Restaurant Squad has recommended a great restaurant to eat at in the past called the Royal Duck Palace (but don’t mention that part to your kids). Just enjoy the show!
