Winter Garden Heritage Museum & History Center

The Heritage Museum is located in an old train station right off on Plant Street and Downtown Winter Garden. There is a real live caboose outside from the 1940’s along with tractors, citrus equipment and an old fire truck that both kids and adults love to see. Its a great little museum that allows visitors to walk-through Winter Garden’s past. The museum has replica of a citrus packaging house along with Native American artifacts and photographs and memorabilia from Orange County’s citrus and farming era. Afterwards you can take a stroll down Plant Street and enjoy the scenery, the local stores, and restaurants, and also head over to the Central Florida Railroad Museum nearby.
