Food Truck Café event at Lake Lily Park Maitland
Ever wonder why there are so many franchised restaurants in Orlando? Well that’s because Orlando is one of the number one places to open up a franchised restaurant in the country. Thanks to entrepreneurs, like those which participate in the Food Truck Café event in Lake Lily Park Maitland, the citizens of Orlando now have a force to fight back!
The Food Truck Café occurs every Wednesday from 6pm to 9pm at Lake Lily Park in Maitland, located at the intersection of State Road 17-92 and Maitland Avenue in Maitland. Typically anywhere from 5 to 8 different Food Truck concepts will participate. All of Food Trucks are unique, all them are independently owned and managed, and all of them good.
Current participants include: The Korean BBQ Taco Box (known the fusion of Korean and Mexican cuisines www.kbbqbox.com), The Crooked Spoon (serving gourmet American cuisine www.facebook.com/thecrookedspoon), Big Wheel Provisions (known for special food concoctions www.bigwheelprovisions.com) , Redeye BBQ (known for great BBQ, The Treehouse Truck (known for excellent Burgers), and The Yum Yum Cupcake Truck (known for yep, you guessed it……..cupcakes).

After you eat, take a stroll around the park, enjoy the fountain, the ducks, and even the nearby playground for the kids.

FREE + the cost of food of course, the aromas however and seeing other people enjoy their food……….that part is FREE.
