Orlando Chili Cook-Off

Ever watch those food festivals on the Travel Channel and wish you could go to one.  Well it just so happens that you’re in luck.  As Orlando continues to grow, people from all over the country settle in town and crave the local food festivals they had where they once lived.  In 2010, the Orlando Chili Cook-Off held its first event, and not only was it a success but it grew immensely in 2011.  This means the cook-off is most likely here to stay.  Located in the Blue Jacket Park area of Baldwin Park in Orlando, the Orlando Chilli Cook-Off hosts tons of competitors each with their own booth showing off their recipe for the best chili.  You can enjoy every type of chili imaginable, mingle with neighbors and friends and enjoy live bands throughout the day.  In the end, winners are chosen, awards are given, you’ve had your chili and all the proceeds from the entry fees go to charity.
