Ming Bistro

Tucked away in a small pinkish strip plaza off of Mills is one of the best Chinese restaurants in Orlando. You won’t find General Tso’s Chicken here. This restaurant only serves authentic Chinese food, or at least as authentic as you can get in the Orlando area. Ming Bistro is also one of the best places for Dim Sum in Orlando. If you’re not familiar with Dim Sum, its like the Chinese version of tapas where small miniature entrees are served but on little carts by servers that will speak some sort of non-native Orlando English. Ming Bistro has some of the best Dim Sum that you can find in the Orlando area. The food is hot, quick, and extremely good. Those Northerners that claim there’s no good Chinese food in Orlando, simply have not been to Ming Bistro. Those deprived souls. To find Ming Bistro, search for Woodward Street, located off of Mills just one block North of East Colonial Drive. There’s a small brick church on the corner. If you want to play it safe, try one of the noodle dishes, soups, or the casseroles.
