Concian 214, a new upscale Mexican restaurant located right off of Park Avenue, Winter Park will be hosting a double celebration on May 5, 2012, one being its one-year anniversary and the other being Cinco De Mayo. There will an open street party on Welbourne, which is the sidestreet off of Park Avenue that Cocina 214 is located. There will be music, beer, frozen margaritas, prizes and even free samples.
