Wawa Opens in the Orlando Area

The first of the New Wawa stores is now open, located at 5910 Central Florida Parkway Orlando, FL 32821. Wawa, for those of you not from up North, is a gas station and convenience store with a huge deli that offers built-to-order hoagies, smoothies, soups, salads, wraps along with other items that you would find at a convenience store. There is room for indoor and outdoor eating as well if you decide you don’t need gas and simply want to grab a bite to eat. One of the ways they differ from other “Sandwich making” competitors is that they allow you to customize your order on a touch screen computer. After that you get a receipt with a number, you pay at a register, and then the staff puts it together for you. Wawa also offers breakfast foods, soups, salads and they also have their own brand of foods including milk and ice cream.
